Managing Your Club

As an admin of a club, you have the power to manage and organize your club's activities. This guide will show you how to effectively manage your club, from organizing matches to communicating with members.

Managing Members

As a club admin, you can view the list of members in your club and manage their roles. You can promote members to admins, which gives them the same management privileges as you. You can also remove members from the club if necessary.

Club Ownership

Every club has exactly one owner. The owner is the user who created the club. The owner has all the same permissions as a regular admin, plus two exclusive actions:

  • Delete the club — permanently removes the club and all its data. All members are notified when this happens.
  • Transfer ownership — hand over the owner role to another club member.

Transferring Ownership

If you want to step down as owner, go to the Owner tab on your club page and use the transfer ownership option. The new owner must already be a member of the club. Once transferred, they immediately gain owner permissions and you become a regular admin.

You cannot transfer ownership to yourself, and you cannot leave the club while you are still the owner — transfer first, then leave if you wish.
